The Cranley Hotel London

Super comfortable bed and great location, just a short walk to the Underground and surrounded by pubs, cafes, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free WiFi was a nice bonus.

The room could use some updating, and it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The service was a bit lacking at times, with delays in getting requests fulfilled, but overall, it was a decent stay.

We had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The vintage decor added a touch of character to our room, spacious and clean. The shower was warm and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon tea were good and the staff took excellent care of us. we had a good time at Cranley and would definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Gloucester Road station and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was in a good area and easily accessible from the airport via metro. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thick curtains and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the manager, Vikram, was excellent. He was welcoming, helpful, and professional. The hotel also offered a portable air conditioning machine, which was a lifesaver during hot weather. a pleasant stay.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as peeling walls and malfunctioning taps/showers.

I was amazed by the grandeur of this place. The room was absolutely stunning, with high ceilings, a four-poster bed, and beautiful antique furniture. It felt like stepping into a stately home. The size of the room was impressive, with a seating area, dining table, and even a dressing room. The bathroom had a luxurious deep bath, perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel's location in a beautiful area, not far from Kensington High Street, was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also appreciated the excellent service from Vikram, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating.

My only small gripe was the lack of a kettle in the rooms. It would have been nice to have the option to make a hot drink in the comfort of my own room.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and went out of their way to print some documents for me, which I greatly appreciated. Another highlight was the delicious coffee and tea provided at the hotel.

Although the database reviews mentioned some drawbacks such as the lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues, I did not encounter these problems. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with no stains or dampness on the walls or carpets.
